Culture Change Webinar: Our Language Defines Our Culture

The Culture Change Webinar series was created to share new learnings and best practices from those who are working to change the culture of aging. The series is hosted by the RIA in partnership with the Ontario Centres for Learning, Research and Innovation in Long-Term Care.

During this interactive webinar we will explore the importance of language, and how language helps create a culture of community in long-term care. Examples of words that shift our thoughts, speech, and actions from being institutional to more respectful and resident-centred will be shared.
