Supporting Inclusion through Intergenerational Partnerships: Call for Proposals Webinar

September 18, 2020

Over the next four years, the Supporting Inclusion through Intergenerational Partnerships (SIIP) project will bring generations together by connecting isolated older adults living with dementia and their care partners to high school and post-secondary aged youth in the community. By funding organizations and programs to build connections between community-dwelling older adults and youth in Waterloo Region, the SIIP project aims to reduce social isolation and create learning opportunities.
