Cooking Together
Topics: Nutrition and Hydration
Cooking Together is a multi-week intergenerational cooking and nutrition program that can be implemented by staff or volunteers in community-based settings who are interested in offering an interactive, hands-on cooking experience. The program aims to develop and retain food skills, encourage relationship-building, decrease stigma about dementia, and provide opportunities to learn about healthy eating.
