Eating Ontario-grown foods is a great way to promote health as you age. This video shares a “day in the life” of William, who is an older adult navigating changing health and trying to make healthy food choices. William has a number of health concerns and as he travels to a neighbouring farm and grocery store he learns how food can support his health. He also visits his local community centre to dine with friends.
