Recipes for Healthy Aging

The Recipe for Healthy Aging resource provides a selection of recipes that feature Ontario-grown foods and cater to the needs and preferences of older adults. There are more than 50 recipes to choose from and each is organized by dish-type (beverages, breakfast, snack, salads, etc).

The recipe resource was created in collaboration with the RIA’s Agri-food for Healthy Aging program (Hilary Dunn, M.Sc.) and a research team in the Department of Human Health and Nutritional Sciences at the University of Guelph (Alison M.
