Recipes for Healthy Aging

The Recipe for Healthy Aging resource provides a selection of recipes that feature Ontario-grown foods and cater to the needs and preferences of older adults. There are more than 50 recipes to choose from and each is organized by dish-type (beverages, breakfast, snack, salads, etc).
