Youth in Action: A Toolkit for Young Dementia Supporters

The Toolkit is designed for kids in grade five and up (ages 9+) who want to become Dementia Supporters! In the Toolkit, you will find:

  • Information about dementia
  • Ways to help people living with dementia, whether they are family members or people you pass in the community
  • Games and an action plan to help you use what you learned
